The Picture Globe Company logo and "Picture Globe" are
registered trademarks of The Picture Globe Company LLC, and the
inherently distinctive color and appearance of the Picture Globe
TM ornament constitutes a protected trade dress right of The Picture
Globe Company.
Although we independently developed our process, in late 2008,
we learned that a patent issued two years after our company was started
contains methods similar to those which we used. As a result,
we are now under license to use U.S. patent number 6,022,437.
